Under graduate course are not eligible for
normal Burmese. Special Burmese such as genius students or G.toG students may be.

3 years diploma course for Burmese is very
popular in Yangon. Now, entrance exam was held at Yangon as well as Singapore eg Burmese
School "JointCom".

Singapore government (Bond is 3 yrs to work in Singapore)
